The Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) — AR 25-400-2

This regulation, which implements AR 25–1, chapter 8, Records Management Policy, governs the maintenance and disposition of Army information and implements new policy on recordkeeping requirements for Army regulations prescribing the creation and maintenance of records under those functional programs. Applicability. This regulation applies to the active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. This regulation applies during partial and full mobilization.
